Hi. It's been a while. 2020, ooof. We had planned to get two issues out this year. Then the pandemic happened, along with a range of related things, both predictable and otherwise. The upshot is that we are still here and excited about our future as a publication. We are retooling and preparing for a relaunch and, at long last, officially moving Fields & Stations to Portugal. Metaxourgeio Μεταξουργείο

Metaxourgeio – “silk factory” in Greek – sits just west of central Athens. Contrary to its elegant-sounding name, it’s still in the very rough stages of regeneration. A few concrete-and-rebar skeletons may suggest a building boom, but in fact these are abandoned building projects, casualties of the Greek debt crisis.
